I’m a Digital Product and Experience Designer, working on early-stage Innovation in the financial services industry.

As the Associate Director in Strategic Product Design at National Australia Bank’s Innovation and Partnerships team:

I bring a Desirability lens across new customer propositions that we work to create, build and incubate, that will push the bank forward with new technologies.

While delivery in design is my bread and butter. I bring an end-to-end design skillset from proposition design and strategy, generative research, ideation, prototyping, UX and UI.

All the while ensuring the right customer problems are solved, business needs are met, wrapped up in a delightful experience.
